I have been seen ad on Instagram and I install the app and upload documents, create account then orderd they delivered everything fine on Next day Receive call From the pollack area salesman and ask whom to place the order. He rudely said that should not order without asking me. If can't place an order without a salesman, why app put it publicly on play store and not just on your website? Or simply reject the order without open the account by salesman I just uninstall the app

Poor. It's been 3 weeks registered on way cool but no call received. Account is still in active. Why put such a lengthy KYC when no one suppose to respond.

Worst customer support, irresponsive, Least bothered about the queries. I tried to contact them on a number which they had called me to confirm the location, but there's no response either. It's been a month since I registered and after a long wait got the customer ID but with no login credentials. 🤦 Most start-ups fail because of this kind of lethargic team.
