I have just signed up and had my first customer experience through the app. It was like adult Legos, tedious, time-consuming, and simple. There are no shortcuts, just following directions. The customers were wonderful people and added a tip on top of what the app paid. All in all, the day, the trip, it was worth it. I will continue accepting new jobs with WayFair Service Pro. FYI. It takes time to build up enough appointments to pay the bills. Waited 2wks to get an available job. But it picks up.

I've done over 200 jobs with wayfair and overall it's a Great company that takes care of its customers as well as its pros. There are a few changes I'd like via the app, but for the most part, I am satisfied with my experience with the company.

Less than minimum wage. App requires tons of personal information input but has little to protect the clients info out to any pro. I get personal information given for job I didn't even do. Wayfair charges 3x the fee for assembly that the pro gets paid. 2 person jobs ask you to use the homeowner as second. Directions will show extensive assembly, but payout will be only one hour at 18 per, 20–40 minutes away. Job won't get taken but the app wil spam your phone until the last minute to take it.

Don't trust this app. Hardly any jobs, then when you do get a few the payments take forever, and it pays very little. They can lock your account and never tell you why. Huge scam and waste of time.
