Great app functionally, seems thoroughly tested and rarely have issues or bugs. Love the temp assigned phone number system (brilliant implementation) to keep privacy for both pro and clients (ive seen other apps use in app messaging but Wayfair allows you to use your existing messaging app this way to communicate with clients safely). Overall Wayfair is an amazing corporate partner with excellent pro support team to assist you and clients. Lots of available work, I highly recommend.

The app has had specific glitche since day one working for them with no fixes as of today, but support has always done a great job when needed. Also, although you do earn a minimum of 18/hr. per job, that doesn't include reimbursement for gas to and from job location. Also, most customers do not tip after the assembly and my opinion about that is that after I became aware of what the customer pays for assembly through Wayfair vs. what I get from that (unethical) is less than half.

Definitely agree with the 1st guy, It is a great source of income if you stick out the initial 2-week slow period. I think it's so you don't overwhelm yourself- You're in charge, and it's great. WayFair has been amazing to me, it's catapulted our Business and provides a since of security. I am a 5 star rated pro with over 50 jobs in the last month, ive never had a bad experience with our customers... products whew FedEx will damage and just run . All in all 5 out of 5

Wow. I've had one job, one cancellation, and one rescheduled job, and I've had to call support twice to discuss all three jobs. The first job should have been for two pros because the item had a heavy but fragile headboard that needed to be steadied and lifted, the second client told me the item was late, then the third client told me they had called and cancelled. In my history of gig work, I've never had to contact support this many times in such short succession. Flat rate sucks, too.

This Wayfair Is Exploiting People. They keep advertising on Craigslist looking for service pro products' assembler. When apply sign-up they never follow up on you. Stop advertising to give people "Empty Hope" and not being actively responsive employer. The support agent said Wayfair will notify me after background check. It's been months now never heard anything back. Very poor slow.🐌 process by time they respond back you'll have other jobs already, or they will never reply at all.
