The majority of the jobs, in my 30-year experience professional opinion, aren't estimated properly, so you get what they estimated at a lower price and since there's a lacking of available gigs you also have to compete for, there's virtually no consistency. It's a good app, and I still give it 4 stars, just needs a ton of improvement by people who actually run lawn care businesses.

Discrimination at its finest. Theywill say it's not but it is.I'm going to report them to Better Business Bureau and Google. Funny how I passed A background check on the other lawn app but not this one. NOW THAT'S BLANTON DISCRIMINATION.I'm GOING TO CONTACT MY LAWYER AND TAKE THIS TO COURT.they must hate GLBT people. Kina sad in today's world that this hate is so prevalent. Hope one day this hate will be a thing of the past. I wish the people at lawn guru the best of luck in the future.

I worked with this company for 2 years, they treat the providers very unfairly. They make you do extra work and all the while take an 18 percent cut that is added after you quote which makes it hard to quote. The customer support is non existent, don't waste your time with these people.

They under pay for jobs and will deduct payments from you if you complete a job on their customer service direction.

Accepted a snow plow job, hit the start job, and uploaded the before photos, and the user canceled the job before I could finish. Now I've lost the money for that job, and tech support insists that I wasn't using the app correct, and I shouldn't have plowed a canceled job. I know with 100% certainty that the job was still active when I started. Lawn guru won't pay me and only wants to argue. Unbelievable. They are making me feel like I'm some kind of idiot.
