App sucks. Radar doesn't update quick. Still showed up storm around me. Looked outside and clear skies.app crashing alot and freezes up my phone.please fix this app

When the app sends you a notification to click on for more info from BTV weather, and you click it and all you see is clouds!!! Nothing. This app has been doing this for over a year, there is nowhere on the app to report that ghe app isn't working correctly, you cannot contact anyone about the app, this is why it has been so long, and it still doesn't work right, I will be deleting it, because if you can't even have an app that works right, I don't trust you to tell me about weather alerts

Forecast and radar are off. Just today, 6/12/26 been reporting showers in vicinity for 7 hours. Nearest rain based on apps' radar was 100+ miles away. Seems to become less reliable by the week.
