Too long to load notifications. When a notification comes up, it just takes at least 20 seconds for the video to even show up... let alone load

Guys have to remember Montpelier is part of Vermont and you guys have video of other places yeah Montpelier's here to we would like more accurate weather for Montpelier than Rutland and all those work on that
