WHAT YOU GET
• Forecast for the current hour, the next 48 hours hour by hour, and up to 9 days ahead, from MET Norway
• When rain is expected to start and stop over the next 24 hours, and how much is forecast
• A meteogram for the next 48 hours: switch between temperature, precipitation and wind
• Best time for…: see when today’s weather suits a run, a walk, a bike ride, the beach, drying laundry, a barbecue or an activity of your own
• Clouds & rain map from weather satellites
• Official warnings for Israel (IMS), the United States (NWS), Canada (ECCC), New Zealand (MetService) and most of Europe (MeteoAlarm, 38 countries)
• Sunrise, sunset, golden hour and the phase of the moon
• Wind and gusts, humidity, pressure, clear-sky UV and estimated "feels like"
• Favorites with your own names, order and opening place. If you usually feel cold or hot, that setting adjusts clothing tips, packing and activity windows
• Units you choose: °C/°F, km/h, mph, m/s, knots, Beaufort, hPa, inHg, mmHg
• 8 languages: English, Hebrew, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, French, Portuguese and German
• Shabbat times and Jewish holidays for places in Israel, or when the app is in Hebrew
• Sea state, wave height and water temperature along Israel's coast
• Light or dark appearance, or follow your device setting

WEATHER FOR YOUR TRIPS
• My trips: pick a destination and dates. From about 8 days before you leave, the forecast for your trip starts to appear, day by day
• Pick a trip day, activity and duration to find weather windows in the destination's local time. Broad forecasts show parts of the day, not precise activity times; missing data is marked
• Compare two saved trip destinations on the same local date
• A packing list from the destination's forecast: an umbrella, layers, a windbreaker or sunscreen, as the weather there calls for
• Official weather warnings at your destination are shown for each trip day (in the countries listed below)
• Check saved forecasts offline while they cover the current time and are no more than 24 hours old from their source update
• Trips stay on your phone only, with no account

Location access is optional: you can search for a place. Weather requests round coordinates before transmission. Settings, favorites and trips stay on your device. No account. Our program has no user database; providers may keep technical logs. Privacy: https://hym-weather.web.app/
