Great free aac app for android-fully customizable- allows you to create different sized boards with stock or personal images, within categories or straight onto the board. Pretty decent in app voice options and no ads!

Love this app! I use it for language and articulation therapy for my students. I love the options it gives to create varying size boards and even to remove verbal productions as you select a picture! Best part-no adds or in-app purchases needed!!!!!

It was really great for a while. I'm having the biggest issue with the voice, though. This app REFUSES to sync with my downloaded TTS voices. I've uninstalled and then re-installed the app, restarted my phone, updated the app and checked my Samsung TTS for updates, and nothing has worked. It doesn't play any of the voices, it just uses the Weave Chat defaults. This really sucks, I'm an autistic teen who relies heavily on AAC. I'd like at least decent representation.

I heard a lot of good things about this app, but I just don't see the positive things. It is so hard to navigate and creat custom boards, not at all user-friendly. It also doesn't work half the time, it always says unable to sync even when connected to a working network.

I hate this. This is aggressively, painfully slow to use - and why does this need to connect to a server, exactly? More importantly, every word I click on says it's name, but it takes time to find a word - even if I did get used to this - but, rather than type a whole, simple sentence like "Hi, my name is Matt", and read it out fluidly, every word is read out individually... slowly... painstakingly. Some kind of "phrase mode" where I could build a phrase before it reads it, is much needed here.
