Turn compatible Android devices into digital signage displays. Web Launcher combines webpages, local images and videos in one fullscreen playlist for shop promotions, menus, visitor welcomes, showrooms, team dashboards, meetings and events.

ANDROID LARGE SCREENS AND ALL-IN-ONES
Use a compatible Android tablet, phone, commercial large screen or all-in-one display. Bring the content you already have to the screen where customers, visitors or your team can see it.

ANDROID BOX + HDMI: USE YOUR EXISTING SCREEN
Run Web Launcher on a compatible Android Box and connect it by HDMI to a monitor, television or projector. The box plays your playlist; the connected screen shows your webpages, pictures and videos. Turn an existing screen into a menu board, promotional display, welcome screen or information panel.

This edition is for compatible devices running standard Android, including Android Box setups. Screen size or an HDMI connection does not determine the app edition. Web Launcher TV is a separate app specifically adapted for Android TV and Google TV.

MIX WEBPAGES, IMAGES AND VIDEOS
Combine multiple website URLs with images and videos imported from your device. Show a live dashboard, follow it with a promotional image, play a video, then return to your website. Use all three types together or any type on its own.

SMOOTH, PRELOADED TRANSITIONS
Upcoming webpages and media are prepared before switching, helping reduce loading screens and black flashes while current content stays visible. Results depend on your website, connection, media and device.

FULLSCREEN, PORTRAIT OR LANDSCAPE
Display content without browser address bars. Follow device orientation or choose portrait or landscape. Fit images and videos to the screen, or crop them to fill it.

CONTROL THE PACE
• Set a separate duration for each webpage or image; the default is 30 seconds.
• Play a video once before advancing, or give it a timed slot.
• Choose silent playback or enable video sound.
• Keep a single webpage visible for a dedicated dashboard.

EASY CONTENT UPDATES
Add, edit, preview, reorder, enable or disable playlist items on the device. Replace imported media and preview changes before saving. Touch screens support direct editing; for an Android Box, confirm a suitable input method.

LOCAL MEDIA CAN PLAY OFFLINE
Imported images and videos stay on your device and can play without internet access. Webpages still need their website or local-network connection.

OPTIONAL STARTUP AND KIOSK SETUP
On supported devices, select Web Launcher as the default Home app to open your saved display when Android reaches Home after reboot or unlock. Installation alone does not enable startup; device and manufacturer settings affect support.

To restrict ordinary visitors from leaving playback, a compatible managed device needs separate administrator authorization for kiosk locking. A settings password or default Home selection alone does not lock the device.

PASSWORD-PROTECTED SETTINGS
Set an optional password to help prevent casual changes. Exit app stops playback and opens the original system desktop while retaining your default Home choice. Managed-device policies may restrict exit.

NO APP ACCOUNT, ADS OR SUBSCRIPTION
Your configuration and imported media stay on your device. Chosen websites follow their own policies and may require their own accounts or subscriptions.

BEFORE INSTALLING
Use a compatible Android device with access to this app on Google Play. Test your webpages, controls, sleep settings and HDMI output where applicable. Supports JPEG, PNG, WebP and compatible MP4 media; video support varies by device. Webpages do not become available offline. Websites, paid content and streaming subscriptions are not included.

Recent changes:
Improved home screen integration and app exit behavior. Web Launcher can be launched from the Android home screen, and exiting returns you to the system launcher.
