Used this app for a few years and after a router reset I could no longer connect my Electric HELGA Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop - iQlean-LR01 on the app and ended up using the remote control, not ideal. Got the app back working again by using the following. Delete the vacuum from your account and delete your WeBack account. Register another account under China instead. You can reuse your email if you like. Add the vacuum again. This worked perfect for me.

Used to work, but since a recent update my robot vacuum cleaner won't connect to the internet. Looks as though I have two choices - operate the cleaner manually (no need for the app then), or buy a new robot vacuum cleaner that links to a more reliable app.
