Just re-register in China region, apps able to use again

Used this app for a few years and after a router reset I could no longer connect my Electric HELGA Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop - iQlean-LR01 on the app and ended up using the remote control, not ideal. Got the app back working again by using the following. Delete the vacuum from your account and delete your WeBack account. Register another account under China instead. You can reuse your email if you like. Add the vacuum again. This worked perfect for me.

UPDATE. For those who are using X8 or X6 vacuum. Please migrate to Redmond app. Try registering your device according to your region. I've tried China server, but it's not working. Now I'm using my region (Malaysia) for X8. Enter "rv-r670s-" when adding device through manual input. For X6, enter "rv-r650s-". Mine works well. The live map is working in real time. You can even use your voice as a new custom voice pack. Good luck!

The vacuum cleaner doesn't want to connect the app. It doesn't wake up on schedule and appear in app offline 😑

The app is not working anymore. Can't even connect to the Wi-Fi even though no permission is denied. Robot appears offline. Impossible to reconnect.
