At first, I'm at lost because I don't know why I can't gain access. It's because of my newly bought mobile phone. There are process before I can attend. Because I'm non-techie, I don't know the steps to be taken into consideration first. It took me a bit long before I have access the webinar to attend to. This app is truly a state-of-the-art masterpiece where attendees all over the world can conglomerate for a common goal. Thank you Webby App for job well done.

I watched a recorded webinar, but the entire time a notification kept popping up saying that the app was not responding. I would click wait and a few seconds later it would pop up again. Luckily the video kept playing, so I watched the entire thing with this notification window open. It was so distracting. Luckily I didn't need the chat, because I couldn't even see the chat, let alone type anything without the window constantly popping up.

Can't watch on chromebook and unable to go "full screen" on phone app making it hard to follow webinars with detailed slides. I watched about 5 minutes of a 1-hour webinar, then gave up and uninstalled the app. I'm sure this app has a lot of cool marketing features from the presenter's point of view, but for viewers it's a one-star experience - at best.
