Wedding Seating Chart Planner

Plan where everyone sits, without a spreadsheet and without an account.

Start with your wedding guest list. Add people one at a time or paste them in — one name per line, or a CSV straight out of a spreadsheet, commas inside surnames and all. Each guest carries their group, which side invited them, RSVP, meal choice, plus-one and dietary notes, so the list you build for the seating chart is the same list you hand the caterer.

Then lay out the room. Drop in round or rectangular tables, set the seat count, and drag guests onto chairs, or tap a guest and tap a seat if that is easier. Say which two people must sit together and which two must not, and the app warns you the moment a rule is broken instead of letting you find out on the day. When you have had enough of dragging, one tap fills every empty seat for you, keeping groups together and honouring your rules. It never moves anyone you placed by hand.

Then check the catering. The app totals every meal choice and lists every dietary note with the guest's table, which is the answer to the question your venue is about to ask.

When it is done, export it. The seating chart PDF gives you an overview page, one page per table numbered so a caterer can work straight from it, and a catering page. Place cards print eight to an A4 sheet with cut guides. The guest list exports as CSV with every field, and imports back the same way, so your work is never trapped in this app.

The app works entirely offline. There is no account, no sign-in, no ads, and nothing you type leaves your phone. The free version covers a full wedding: unlimited guests, twelve tables, CSV import and export, and the seating chart PDF. One optional payment of USD 6.99 unlocks unlimited tables and events, place cards, and PDFs without the footer line. It is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription.
