Broken. Opening and reopening the app shows me theres a hamburger menu in the top right. Probably can set my host in there. But unfortunately, it disappears immediately. Update: fixed by unpinning my nav bar. Update2: managed to get connected. Selected "weechat ssl" when what I should've selected was "websocket ssl" (I'm connecting to a reverse proxy over ssl/https). Casued a horrible crash loop. Reinstall fixed it. App is actually pretty good despite first impressions, nice UI.

it should probably be more clear that this is not an irc client, but a weechat-relay protocol client. overall the app is great but it would be nice if the hot buffers button let you switch to buffers with new messages instead of only hilights, like weechat's alt-a. only a minor inconvenince though.

Doesn't work after update to nougat Weechat android connects like usual, but then no more data is transmitted. No buffers or anything. Weechat reports 0 data transmitted. Using the dev version of weechat android doesn't work either. No matter how I use ssh-keyscan it always says "Error: Auth fail".

Broke with Nougat, can't connect at all. No configuration changes in app nor on my server. Reach out of you need more information!

doesn't work since update to nougat fantastic app when it does work, but clearly doesn't like nougat - has not been successfully connecting since then. dev, hit me up for details - no bug report option in the app as far as I can tell. forced to use glowing bear at the moment and this app is definitely superior to it.
