Weight Tracker & BMI Log

A weight tracker that keeps your body data on your phone. No account, no ads, and no internet permission — the app cannot send your weight anywhere, because it has no way to.

LOG MORE THAN A NUMBER
Record your weight in kg or lb, then add what your smart scale reports: body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, BMR, visceral fat, body age and protein. Your BMI is calculated for you.

SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING
• Trend chart with a 7-day moving average, so a heavy morning does not look like a setback
• Set a target weight and a date, and watch the projection against it
• Streaks, logging history and achievements
• Full-screen chart in landscape

BODY MEASUREMENTS AND PROGRESS PHOTOS
Track waist, hips, chest, bicep, thigh and neck, and see how each has moved since last time. Add progress photos and compare any two side by side — each one captioned with the weight you logged nearest it.

WATER
A daily hydration goal you can set, quick +250 ml and +500 ml buttons, and an undo when you tap one by mistake.

HEALTH CONNECT
Two-way sync with Health Connect: weight and body composition go out, and steps, workouts, sleep, heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature and hydration come in from your watch. Deletions sync too, so an entry you remove here does not come back.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
• No sign-up, no cloud, no analytics, no trackers
• No internet permission at all
• Export to CSV or JSON, or take a full backup of everything in one file
• Shareable CSV and PDF reports
• Delete everything from inside the app, in one tap

ALSO
• Home-screen widget with your latest weight
• Daily reminder you choose the days for
• Light, dark and AMOLED themes, plus Material You colours
• English, Turkish and German
• Works on Android 6 and newer

Weight loss, weight gain, or just keeping an eye on things — this is a weight diary that does the arithmetic and stays out of the way.

Also fixed:

• The language you pick during setup now sticks.
• Sleep times, healthy ranges and history headings read correctly in every language.
• Achievement badges line up again.
• "Last 7 days" counts whole days.
• Correct labels for screen readers.
