I've been using this app for over a year now, and I love that it gets me up from my desk and guides me through a short (90 sec) exercise video to help prevent the negative side effects of sitting. You can also customize your notification schedule. The only downside is that my "tip of the day" has stopped displaying for some reason, but the videos are still working great. Highly recommend
