Works. I don't notice the ads. Does not know some articles, esp in German, but you just type it yourself - pity it doesn't remember those, afaik. I'm satisfied, would recommend.

Easy to use. Automatically sorts items. Custom sort order is not implemented and could be good to customize it for a particular shop.

You can't personalize the list, it's just generic. It does not have a search button, nor an option to edit a product to add more specifications. Example: milk (from Micros), eggs (XL or M, from Coop), lemons 2 pieces, potato 2 kg or 5 kg.
