I want to update that after I post my initial review, I was immediately contacted by the team, and my problem has been resolved.

Extremely disappointed with Interdiscount. After weeks of waiting, my product came back defective, even with photos and repeated explanations. My complaints were ignored, communication was poor, and the repair process failed. This reflects badly on all stores and online support. I expect urgent action and hope the company improves its after sales service for all customers.

I bought an expensive monitor this week, and I wrote a review on Interdiscount to help other buyers. Interestingly, Interdiscount will share how many stars I gave it, but not the review itself. Both the website and app still say "Be the first to comment on this product." If I click on "Leave a review" again, it SHOWS ME the comments I've left. But Interdiscount (the app and website) refuse to share my review. Pretty pathetic, really. I'll stick to digitec. At least they are open and honest.
