SCAM ALERT. We paid ₹42,000 while taking the flat. They said they would keep ₹20,000, but they actually kept ₹25,000 and refunded only ₹17,000. Total fraud. Flat was already damaged when we moved in — broken kitchen drawers, peeling table, used furniture. After checking out, caretaker inspected twice and confirmed no damage. Still they deducted ₹3,000 for fake damage and cut ₹1,200 for a future electricity bill that wasn’t even generated. Electricity connection is just 1 KW, so every month we

Worst service apartment... Pls don't come to these flats. Management is worse. From starting on wards we have been complaining about issues. They said they will come and clear. After some time they will send caretaker and do some work and gone. Nothing will happen to the problem we faced. Even though we have been continued here daily so many issues not solving anything. Extremely unprofessional team that never responds on time. I've been paying the same amount for 2 years for the facilities they did not provide specially to me. When I reached out their Ops they first tried to gaslight by saying it's not possible, and then I had to chase for an update, they responded after multiple attempts saying they're looking into it, and then I had to chase again only to receive a fake promise saying they'll resolve this within 1 week. Guess what?? 3 weeks and no response

I have just shifted to the flat. I have found few issue in flat. Asking them to fix the issue but after doing lots of follow up the issue hasn't resolved yet.
