Scan the QR code on the vehicle to unlock it, and you’re ready to ride. When you’re done, just park the vehicle in a designated area, end your trip in the app, and you’re all set. Adventure is inevitable—where will you ride next?

Every time you go to a zip scooter they could be locked behind an error that they don't even give you the message for you don't know what's wrong with the scooter or somebody locked it behind an admin code, so you can't rent it when I tried calling customer service I was greeted by an automated bots that didn't connect me to anybody, and it couldn't help with my current situation and then one a person actually did message me I was already down the street and then the person banned me

The rate is unreasonable. You have to pay to PAUSE your trip. And it's $1.40 for the first minute, and then ¢0.40 per MINUTE. Doesn't sound like that much but my god. If you went on a 5-minute trip every day for a month you'd be paying over a hundred dollars on these stupid scooters.

LAME!! It says "ride anywhere you want". When I rode where I wanted (on a trail next to the Sacramento River) and pressed "pause ride", it said "error! You cannot pause a ride in a RESTRICTED AREA" (emphasis mine). Nor can you END a ride in a "restricted area". Going back and reading the rules carefully, it says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about "restricted areas". Totally useless for the little half hour adventure I wanted to have. Funny, because the company's tag-line is "adventure is inevitable". BS!
