We Shape is a great way to get your body moving, even if you haven't done mindful movement in a long time. Any fitness level could benefit from We Shape. It's also a great app to use if you are recovering from an injury. They teach you basic movements and how to regain strength from the ground up.

Reshape is such a beneficial movement program that generates a personalized workout routine that targets specific movements from head to toe. I can choose between a workout or stretching routine. Before it generates the movement workout routine there are questions about how was my sleep and how does my body feel, which impacts how the routine will be generated for how I am feeling at that specific time. I highly recommend this program for everyone!

Love the workouts. The app needs some work. The WeShare portion doesn't allow access to your posts, except by scrolling. And you can only scroll back about 100 comments. So if your post was earlier than that, your out of luck. Also in the movement section, you can't save your player volume settings. It saves your music preferences but not the volume setting. All that being said, I enjoy the workouts! So my issues are with the app not the program

You said it was FREE!!! Now after I've answered all of your questions and I get to the end, you now say that you will ONLY give me 2 weeks FREE, but then after that you're going to charge me for the information. That's just NOT right! You should have to state BEFORE I answer any questions that this is going to cost me money after a free 2 weeks. I'M now deleting this app. GOOD-BYE!!! 😡

After all Completing the choices, and it took a long time you offered the payment method if that was the case I wouldn't have started to fill the circles from the very beginning, It is so frustrating
