Works Perfectly Fine- I was initially hesitant after reading the other reviews but figured if it didn't work well I could just delete it. I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews, maybe the nay sayers just need better cell service or signal.

After not being able to log into my account for 5 days. I contacted westerra and after 20 minutes I was able to set up my password again using the westerra application. This morning I'm not allowed to access my account using the new password. However, I can go to the westerra website and log in no problem. Frustrating

Just discovered I was the victim of card skimming, and they emptied my account. One thing I don't understand is WHY this app doesn't allow me to lock my card when it's not in use?? This could have prevented ALL of what I just experienced today. Due to this daft oddity I will be looking for another credit union or bank that actually has this available. Such am easy to feature to prevent fraud yet this app is devoid of such a gem.
