Ever since they phased out their old app and came out with this one, I've never had one single time when I'm able to log in and view my account information without some type of hassle. This app is dysfunctional as heck, and since the last update it actually doesn't work at all. It just crashes every time I try to open it and / or gives me an error message when trying to log in. Please just bring back the old app because that one actually worked!

ZERO STARS!!! I constantly have issues with the app and online banking. Neither has had my correct balance nor transactions for 3 days now. I called in to find out an eta for the system to be fixed, so I can access my account and pay bills but was told "We don't have an eta, you can just call in for balance info." Seriously!!! How can an IT department be so incompetent? Westerra is supposed to be member owned, this member wants the whole of IT fired. So tired of the technological incompetence.
