Where Is It? Map Quiz

Where is Tomar? And Girona? And Lecce? And Sorocaba?

Five maps, one game. Each round shows a town and the "constellation" of its neighbours — dots only, no names, north up. Tap the map where you think it is and confirm. Points by distance: 1000 for a bullseye, almost nothing at 200 km.

• Five maps included: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Brazil — 9,266 towns in all, in any of the five languages. Switch in settings; each map keeps its own progress.
• Portugal map: 648 towns and villages across 307 municipalities — mainland, Madeira and the Azores, district borders and real rivers (GeoNames, Natural Earth).
• Distance to a tenth of a kilometre, municipality and district on every answer; zoom up to 8× (button or pinch) and a draggable pin, to hit the spot even on a small screen.
• Daily round, the same for everyone — share the result with squares.
• Free practice by district: just your region.
• Collection: every town you hit stays marked on the map forever.
• Streak, weekly level. Guided tutorial. PT · EN · ES · FR.
• Result image: the day's map with the five towns and your five guesses, ready for WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Home town challenge: pick your town and send the link. Who can find it?
• The daily round has a theme: Village Monday, Town-hall Wednesday, Capital Friday, Island Sunday.
• Community challenge: one code, the same places for the club, the family or the emigrant group — you pick 5, 10, 15 or 20.
• Challenge room: see who has played, the place-by-place comparison and who won each one. Whoever finishes first waits for the others.
• Rematch: whoever gets your challenge sees your score at the end and sends one back with a tap. Wins and losses counted against each opponent.
• "Did you know?": every answer reveals a true fact about the place — population, altitude, whether it is a capital, the highest or the northernmost on the map.
• Fair ranking: places where you used a hint are marked and do not count for the world ranking.
• Your atlas: places found, daily games, best day, streak and duels won, with 8 medals to earn. Confetti and vibration when you nail it.

Free. One optional ad for the district hint; paced interstitials, never in the middle of a move. No purchases: everything is earned by playing or by watching an ad.
