★★★★★ Great Could put things on hold and can renew

★★☆☆☆ Whitby public library app Unable to see my items on hold, what items are coming do etc. Can only search?? I'm new to android and I must say I had had more issues with app functionality since I bought this Samsung Mega than I had over the last 5 years as an iphone user. This app is disappointing as I visit the library app every day. Guess I will have to keep using my Apple product for this!

★★☆☆☆ Amateur built Works ok but just langs at times. Crashes. And above all doesn't keep track entirely of your accont. For instance, I have 19 holds. 9 are ready for pickup but still have 19 holds not 10 like it should be. Try to refresh the app, and Then it will say I have 33 holds 18 ready.
