Remember this name: Dr Soo Jing Wei. A tremendous doctor. Extremely good with kids and incredibly patient throughout the consultation. He goes above and beyond, and it really shows in how he handles both the child and the situation calmly. Friendly, patient, and very understanding, exactly what you hope for but rarely get. I genuinely hope more doctors on this platform can match his standard. If you ever need a telecons, look for him. You will be well taken care of The App is easy to use too

I’ve been using White Coat for a while now and find it very user-friendly. The app is quick and easy to use, with simple navigation. Pricing is reasonable for both corporate and personal use. Doctors are generally quick to respond, and you can choose whether to receive medication. Overall, a great app and a pleasant experience, would recommend.

Review from 04/04/2023 - Medical reports or lab results can't be downloaded - There is no delete my profile option - A credit is enforced to be keyed before being able to browse through the apps or access previous medical reports - The medical report calls people obese based on the BMI. Update from 29/08/2025 I can't log in any more through email/password or sing pass. This app is really a pain. Not worth it.

Have already missed on submitting the medication order twice. It is unclear whether the medication order went through or not. Everything seemed to have been completed after selecting the delivery slot but the order actually did not go through. Same for the doctor, could not pick up the call when it was my turn if I had left the app.

Previous experiences were good but last doctor was not caring nor asking the right questions. He just didn't bother to want to treat me due to potential link to preexisting condition which many other doctors were able to treat. Did not even bother asking my status of preexisting condition and the call was over in less than 2 minutes. Had the cheek to charge for consultation. Won't be using white coats again and have uninstalled it.

They chose to use Rida for delivery, which is so lousy. I saw the doctor at 2pm, but next available delivery slot is 7-9pm. Even at 9pm, my meds were not collected yet, and I had to chase for it while feeling unwell. This will be my last time using White coat unless they improve.
