This app says it was installed, not from factory, but after factory resetting, and proper disabling instructions, this app keeps reinstalling itself and then reinstalling other apps that have been blocked and uninstalled

Bad Actor. Keeps bugging me with notification pushes constantly. There are other apps that will provide all my phone and system settings at a glance that are not so invasive and obnoxious. TracFone (and maybe Verizon as well in some cases?) Should not install it by default and then make it hard to uninstall.

This app is intentionally named something other than DevicePulse to make it harder to disable. And, even though "Wi-Fi Utility" doesn't have *any* permissions on my phone, my wifi turns on and off on its own, connects to networks I never added. I wonder, now that I've removed it, what kind of improvements in battery life and performance I'll see. Their phones are so cheap, there has to be spyware. And I think I found just a bit more of it.
