WideTall: Dual Video Recorder

Record vertical and horizontal video in one take.

WideTall is a dual video recorder that saves portrait and landscape versions of the same recording. Choose one front or rear camera, frame your subject and press record. Get separate 9:16 and 16:9 video files from the same take, with no need to repeat your performance for another format.

CREATE FOR THE PLATFORMS YOU USE
TikTok and YouTube Shorts: record vertical how-to clips, quick tips, product demos and daily stories.
Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels: capture portrait footage for travel, food, unboxings and behind-the-scenes posts.
YouTube: keep the horizontal version for vlogs, full tutorials, walkthroughs and longer videos.
Xiaohongshu (小红书 / RedNote): make portrait footage for lifestyle posts, reviews and talking-to-camera videos while keeping a landscape version for other channels.

Your files save to the device gallery. Continue editing and publishing in your preferred apps.

PREVIEW PORTRAIT AND LANDSCAPE TOGETHER
See the main portrait frame and a live landscape preview before and during recording. Check that your face, the product or your subject fits both compositions. The preview window is only a framing aid and does not appear in your saved videos.

DUAL-FORMAT PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Capture portrait and landscape photos with one shutter press. Choose 9:16 / 16:9, 3:4 / 4:3 or 4:5 / 5:4 paired aspect ratios for your videos and photos.

TELEPROMPTER AND FILTERS WITH PRO
The built-in teleprompter helps you deliver scripts for lessons, presentations, product reviews and personal stories. Read while recording; the script stays out of the finished video.
WideTall Pro also adds live filters, 4K output, up to 60 fps and additional audio options. Supported combinations vary by phone.

PRACTICAL CAMERA CONTROLS
• Choose the selfie camera or rear camera for your recording.
• Adjust exposure, white balance, countdown, stabilization and microphone settings.
• Select MP4 or MOV for your video files.
• Find finished videos and photos in your device gallery.

WideTall generates both formats from one camera source, adapting the framing to each aspect ratio. Camera footage and teleprompter text are processed on your device. Available resolution, frame rate and stabilization depend on your device and settings.

WIDETALL PRO
Advanced features require Pro. Choose a weekly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The purchase screen shows current prices and any trial eligibility. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
