Sooo I will still give a 5-star review because of how kind and professional the people I dealt with were. They kept me in the loop with location of the driver. Even to tell me there were having trouble contacting the restaurant I was ordering from. I will 100% recommend this app. My only complaint is that I think they need more drivers. My driver came from the east to deliver in central, but he was very nice and apologetic. Good customer service.

Every time I order from this app, there's an extremely long waiting time for my order to be delivered (almost 2 hours). I sometimes have to be constantly messaging the agents on the app to get updates from the driver and/or restaurant. After a long waiting period, I received the wrong order, and to get my corrected order, the customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! That's putting it nicely.

Waited over 2hrs on a 7 km delivery radius. They provided no information for the driver, contact number given for queries went straight to voice-mail. Restaurant contacted me saying no driver has showed up after 1hr and 30 mins. Contacted wheat on their app, not even an explanation or an apology was offered. Driver on arrival asked "how long I waiting for this order, they ain't have no drivers", at least he was polite. This app is utter failure, food drop is a thousand times better.
