★★★★★ The support services helped me solve the issue that I've had last week. I believe that the time that the chatbot takes to forward the chat to an operator can be improved by adding information on how many people are in front waiting and an estimation of how long it would take to be taken by an operator.

★★☆☆☆ Trying to cancel an order that had been done almost an hour ago but no couriers available (yet they never warn you and just take your money). You can only cancel via chat. Chat window is broken. No further comments.

★★☆☆☆ Worst customer support ever. Also, 3h for a simple order. Just use other apps. L.e.: Also, regarding the message from tazz on my review. Not to worry, I contacted them via e-mail and had no follow-up. Just a follow-up, the 'contact us on Facebook' is as good as the email thing, which means nobody replied. (I think they just changed their response, so it sounds like they are doing something.

★★☆☆☆ Works perfect to take your money. Doesn't work to actually send the order to a partner. Install and use only if you want to be frustrated. Best part is the amazing chatbot programmed by a 12-year-old. It's 22:20, but the order will definitely be delivered by 22:12
