In short: A little janky but works great. Purchased a new phone last year. Since then my hotspot doesn't work with my very old kindle hdx (it only has wireless g or something). This makes it a pain to get new books while on road trips. Wi-Fi direct isn't enabled for file sharing on my phone, Bluetooth isn't enabled on the hdx (lineage os is experimental), and I ran out of options. This app cleared it up for me, so I have a lifeline on the go.

Doesn't work on ANDROID 9, it will connect and receive file from ANDROID 13, PIXEL 5, BUT it cannot accept invitation or send any files from ANDROID 9. PLEASE FIX

Would I be able to share via this indirect app to another phone if that phones normal Wi-Fi direct is without them having to install this app... or does it only work if this app is installed on both phones
