There's only one setting to change. You would think the markers should be set in the center of the cross-hair but there's a faint circle in the center of the screen. I somehow managed to get the cross-hair to move with it the background image (still not sure how I got it to work). You can't zoom in while you're in that mode though.

Wouldn't Download Couldn't Download the app over 3g, Got home and couldn't download over wifi, downloaded apk with a downloader and put it on an sd card and the app wouldn't load from the card.

Not enough functionality to be useful. Hard to use, as the app doesn't use the GPS to record your position as you move. This means you need to measure your location on your own, move the dot on the screen to that position and then record your signal strength.
