WiFi Note

WiFi Note helps you share and see public information with people over WiFi.

Share useful information without individually messaging people, creating groups, collecting email addresses, typing long links, or relying only on printed notices, posters, and banners.

Create a public note in WiFi Note and match your WiFi or hotspot name to the note name. People within range can open WiFi Note and see the matching note.

Viewers do not need to connect to your WiFi or know its password. They can simply open WiFi Note to see notes from nearby WiFi. Notes can also be opened through a shared link, QR code, or exact note-name search.

Use WiFi Note to share:

• Shop offers, discounts, and business updates
• Restaurant menus, daily specials, and dining information
• Apartment, society, and community announcements
• Event schedules, sponsor details, and visitor updates
• Presentation slides, documents, demo links, and conference resources
• Rental listings, property photos, facilities, and viewing details
• Wedding, celebration, and venue updates
• Photos, videos, live-stream information, and useful links
• Social media profiles, creator updates, and collaboration opportunities
• Delivery instructions, opening hours, contact information, and public notices

WiFi Note makes it easier for people to find information in one place. Businesses can update offers without repeatedly printing new posters. Event organisers can share updates with visitors. Presenters can share slides and resources with an audience. Property owners can display rental details. Communities can publish notices for residents.

Sign in with Google when you want to create and manage your own notes. You can save notes, block notes you do not want to see, and access your recent viewing history.

All notes on WiFi Note are public. Do not share passwords, payment information, private contact details, sensitive personal information, or anything you do not want others to see.
