Connect the rings bell to you phone as you connect to the wifi.. you going to found it in the list ..will let you know that you phone is disconnect from you wifi.. it's ok then get into the ring settings and change the wifi .. select your home wifi and password.. that's it Remember let you finger pushing the ring button for some seconds.. that way you can get the option to connect you device to you phone. Finally I figured out.. I was close to drop in the garbage.

Connection successful after 4 hours though attempting all combinations of connecting it to my mobile and internet..it calls my mob & keeps image/video of caller. so it's great.

When connection to doorbell fails, for example when reconnecting to a
network, the connection to the doorbell should automatic start. It is
difficult to manually open the app and check if app is connected with
doorbell every time, and if not I have to reconnect. Improvements: auto
connect, disable ringtone in the doorbell.

Finally managed to set it up after an hour or so, works when it wants to. Blurb suggests that you can add more users but there's no option to do so in the app. Push notifications are very hit and miss. overall useless app and useless doorbell. buyee beware
