This app works as intended. For anyone reading the low star reviews, this is because their device Wi-Fi chip doesn't support Wi-Fi RTT. This is an essential requirement for this to work. For example, my Sony XZ Premium will not work, despite Android 9. Neither does my Sony XA2 Running LOS (A10). Neither have RTT support. However, both Pixel 3a and 5 work fine as both support this function. Developer probably should mention this, as not all hardware support it (802.11mc).
