UPD: The MODIS and VI IRS features are absolutely helpful ! It has shown how the Bobcat fire, once a single event, is now four separate events. Now moving away from suburbs and raging The Bobcat Fire is the first time I've used the wildfire Info app, and it has re-a-l-I-y helped us prepare to evacuate quickly! It's full of important details and links that can be cumbersome. But, that is also it's best quality--too much into Is good in an emergency. Thank you, David. . . Keep up the great work!!!

Update: The perimeter is a feature that doesn't contain all active fires and can take DAYS to show an active fire, which renders it useless to me. Currently, the IRWIN screen doesn't even show the "Sites Fire" which is an active fire in CA of 1,000+ acres. So I can't tap on it to see a perimeter. Again... USELESS. This is an honest review. I'm sorry if the app dev doesn't appreciate honesty.
