When I come back I the game I clip through the map, and I fall down the map so weird please I want to refund

First it starts off with the wolves back end permanently in the air and then every single time I open the game I fall right through the ground out of the map, all's you see is yellow, fix asap or refund me my money back if not I'm calling the better business bureau.

Is this some kind of joke?! I was so close to lvl 30...SOO CLOSE to unlocking the new map that requires lvl 30.... until the next day I saw my wolf like if I just installed the game then I saw ALL MY PROGRESS GONE!!! What happened to my progress??? Where is it?????😞
