It is amazingly simple to create, edit, and manage forms. Once in the field, it is so easy to navigate the app and keep all of my notes consolidated. And the people at Wild note are the selling point, I've never had a bad interaction with anyone there, and they have been extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Wild note.

I use this app for archaeology site recording. It's great for increasing
efficiency and saving time.
★★★★★
Quality data collection app tailored to biological and environmental compliance monitoring and reporting, but can be set up for just about any data collection needs. The staff are great about working with clients about specific, proprietary needs and functionality. Highly recommended.

Samsung Note 9: I can't even get this app to work anymore, won't sync, won't let me open anything, constantly shuts down anytime I trying to even open anything. I've tried uninstalling, logging out, and nothing works. Very frustrating. Works on my iPad, but not on this. When it functions right it's great, but it won't even function period. Was hoping 2.1.6 would fix that, but nothing.
★★☆☆☆
I'm not sure how it runs on the back-end (making and organizing forms) but the data collection experience is atrocious. Pictures taken using the app are prone to suddenly disappearing, resulting in the loss of data; the app frequently crashes, often resulting in the loss of data; and the app will seemingly arbitrarily choose to not sync some data in a form though it will not tell you which and why, obviously resulting in the loss of data. Use Fulcrum or Survey123 instead. Galaxy S23 Ultra
