I've been doing intermittent fasting for abt 2 years. This one SURELY NOT an Intermittent Fasting App. The app maker does not even know what's the purpose of intermittent fasting. Right from the 1st minute you open the app, they'll try to sell their products and soo much garbage pop-ups. The maker just started making an app and doing trial and errors. Uninstalled within 2 mins. There are MANY Others BETTER APP on app store. No need to waste time with this one.

Good concept but a) there's no way to change a fasting windows start (or presumably end) time, and there's also no way to delete accidental fasts so.... you better be perfect or else this app is completely useless

Would not recommend. Impossible to edit past the days date, if you ever forget to set your fast / eating start / end times. Not good enough for a paid subscription. And no way to contact support.
