I was referred this app through my previous Insurance Company, and it is only helpful if you live in specific areas so that you can be provided information about clinics in those areas, so unfortunately there were not any around me

I had to call a human. Three times to get "enrolled". And the humans never called me back. Why is there an app if you still make me call humans? I hate calling people. They never understand me. They make me shout. They spell my name wrong. They call me Julie. Also, there's no place on the app that says calling humans is absolutely required, so I had the stress of figuring it out after I went to a fertility doc.

Select provider doesn't allow you to select provider. Search for provider > enter zip code > select a provider. It only lets you put a heart on the provider. But nothing happens. The PIBOR/ LGBT banner seems to be blocking the button for next or submit?
