I like Wings, but in the 16 years I've had an account, their phone customer support has always been useless. Also, their "free ATM" map has never been correct and calling customer support... See above. "Submit check" button doesn't say "submit check" until after you touch it. Plus, I haven't been able to get it to accept a check deposit for at least a year. And I do this kind of image stuff for a living!

This is the Wells Fargo of credit unions. Mobile Deposited a check for $200 and the transaction penned for 5 days. When I finally did receive my check, the amount posted was for $80. There's better credit unions out there. Don't waste your time with this one.

Wings merged with Ent and the resulting new Ent app is a steaming pile of garbage. Get ready to have a worse experience going forward as the two banking systems are integrated into one under Wings. This merger is not helping anyone but executives.
