App has cost the company a customer it has an address to place I haven't used for years and used that restaurant for some reason, even though all I did was hit "reorder". Every time I hit, "reorder" it sent me to the same restaurant every time but this time bad service at my usual place, the place I went to initially on hold to check on my food at the other place for 15 plus minutes

They ruined their app. Every time you try to log in. it asks you for a passcode. If you go to your email address and try to get it it takes you back to the screen. So on and so forth they've lost a lot of business from me because of it

Wing stop used to be my go-to for late night food orders. Recently their service fees have gotten stupid. Expect to pay almost twice as much as the listed price because of hidden fees, service fees, cooking fees, breathing fees and anything else they think they can get away with charging you. Also, don't forget to tip the delivery driver as none of those fees actually go to them.

Review update 05/14/2026 Wing stop had one of the best Android apps, but apparently they may have gone the route of corporate America in hiring the cheapest Android programmers who don't know what they're doing. Even though they list PayPal as a payment method (which I use all the time) their app wouldn't allow my order to go through. In this day and age of ordering stuff and paying with PayPal that's ridiculous and unacceptable!
