I have used this app for 3 years the only issue I have had is the Google Maps giving me wrong directions and maybe the phone icon.to call an event manager not working correctly(or at all)

I've deleted and re-downloaded app, changed password, updated, and I still cannot log in this app. It continues to say an unknown error has occurred. This is a very important app I need to see my work schedule, times, pay, and I need to confirm my schedule weekly. It's also the only app I've personally installed on my phone. A million others I do not approve of take all the storage space up on my phone. I have no way of deleting the cache or storage. Very upset with the corruption from hackers

App worked ok at first. Not great but usable. Now however I can't log in to the app at all. I keep getting some weird error messages that say try again later. Have played email tag times 10 with three customer support, and they have yet to provide any working solution. I haven't been able to tondo a travel log or input non inventory time in over a week. Even better is I can log in through a browser to the website but can't do a travel log or non inventory time from there. What a joke.
