App took 6hr. To GET! BEEN trying to Log IN since May 14, STILL CANNOT, CAN'T GET any HELP from LOCALS, ( ONES THAT BEAT the ISSUES!!HELP,HELP, HELP, HOW MANY TIMES!!!!!!

App 99% of the time says my device is offline when I clearly have a strong stable connection. It is similar to the Connect app in almost every way.

Found out recently from the I Survived RGIS fb page, they been working on this since 2019. And an app developer said they could make this in 3 days. This company is just slowing itself down and being bad on purpose. WIS International

App worked ok at first. Not great but usable. Now however I can't log in to the app at all. I keep getting some weird error messages that say try again later. Have played email tag times 10 with three customer support, and they have yet to provide any working solution. I haven't been able to tondo a travel log or input non inventory time in over a week. Even better is I can log in through a browser to the website but can't do a travel log or non inventory time from there. What a joke.
