I have been listening to ELS for many years. I love the content. It is very difficult when listening on my phone as the app stops in the middle of playing. I deleted the app and re-installed it. Unfortunately I have the same issue. I changed my star rating due to the prompt reply I received from my email. They were so quick, and I am sure this will be resolved in no time. Perfect example of what customer service should be everywhere. Thanks!

Very good meditations and affirmations, which are effective and helpful.

App worked perfectly during the 7-day free trial. Now that I have been charged a monthly fee, it will stop randomly. Also, the app does not give you the option to play any song in your playlist. You have to start from the 1st song then skip to the one you want. The meditation themselves are pretty nice along with the subliminal tracks. Just improve the actual app. Now I am logging in from another device and its showing that I am not a paid subscriber. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge.

I do like most of the apps that I have purchased from this program. But I really did not like one of them and immediately tried to contact the developer to see if I could get refund. Well that was a couple of weeks ago and there has been no response to any of my requests....so I am now very disappointed. If the program and company is so wonderful, a quick response would not be too much to ask for.
