Most useless App ever: from day 1 it is not keeping my well-connected. It is giving wrong status information while they say in their system it's ok. Excuse me it is your app.... Now I reinstalled again to latest app and cannot even connect anymore. Type 1 well yanks about app notifications and type 2 yanks that it cannot find a machine. First machine was broken: earth fault... In short: not recommended 😑

Doesn't work with Android. We've been told for months they're working on an Android update to correct this issue. Nothing. They're not transparent at all about their compatibility issues. Will let you continuously chase your own tail trying to resolve it with no end.

This app is horrible. It continually disconnects my unit from the app, so I keep having to add it back on. Half the time it does not let me get past adding the Wi-Fi, so it's unusable. For as much as this unit costs FIX THE DAMN APP!

This app is horrible, which is especially annoying because the machine itself is spectacular. Unfortunately, the app will not stay connected to the machine and does not have functionality for notifications. As of now, I am unable to even connect the app to my Wise well since the last time it disconnected itself.
