I give this a 4/5 because while ita very simple and easy to use, my app is glitched where it doesn't want to show transactions that I made from purchasing online and physically. It only records transfers now. Any way to have this fixed?

Merger... this is second time I cannot access my account online... it's getting to a point where I'm ready to switch my banking and go somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

App crashes, needs better security like checking login attempts, there should be more info like device type, not just IP addresses. We should be able to get notifications if someone else logs in, but there's no option for that. When I go in and lock my card, 9 times out of 10, I can't log back into the app. It says it's down for maintenance then I can't use my card. I've been here over a year and am quickly becoming impatient with this credit Union. Paying to cash my checks, no credit allowed. 🤬

Awful! Once locked out, it doesn't give you any resources to access your account. The security question is terrible. We wrote down our answers and still got locked out. Once locked out, there is no way to get back in!!.
