It's a very very bad app, the times are not accurate and it keeps changing all the time.. U can count on this app at all as it will cause u delay for all the time.. Even if u called the customer service to support u, they are not aware by anything and they just keep saying sorry and they will never give u a time to count on and when I did a complaint they replied me after almost two weeks saying that they are sorry I am very disappointed

the application not showing the right information about bus time and routs. please update with the correct information. if searching for bus from naif to qusais bus showing only the bis x13 then 13d. or 13d only. there's more 4buses going to qusais bus station. not showing the number 13a,13b,13 and others. please update and fix this.

not accurate to the bus timings it is showing delayed timings but bus actually left already .. and mostly wrong bus timings
