Received promptly and firstly very impressed with the packaging. It comes with a new battery to fix previous issue's. I downloaded the app. And tried the tracker. Within 3 mins the tracker marker and my location marker had lined up perfectly even better the tracker tracer was in a 5 m distance within 1.5 min. Only suggestion I would make is perhaps an "update app"option. Which updates the tracking maps for better zooming in and council changes. Good work guys great Aussie Product !!.

This is NOT a tracker. It is a locator... and it does that really poorly. Unit was supplied with a flat battery and when I complained they blamed me. The locator function sends out a very loud noise from the tag on my cat's collar that scared my cat, so badly it ran off and got trapped somewhere in my neighbor's property and when he finally came home he was missing his $35 embroidered collar... and the damn tag. DON'T waste your money on this rubbish.

Product is absolute garbage and a waste of money. The app doesn't work at all and the "trackers" never connect properly.
