★★★★★ This program (app) gets at the heart of why we overeat, and deals with mindfulness skills when eating. It gives real solutions that are long term and are consistent for weight loss and weight management.

★★★★★ My insurance carrier introduced me to Wonder. At first, I was skeptical about it, until I sat down and actually read everything. The Next day I started trying Wonder and I can truly say I'm happy with this program. I'm slowly learning how to eat and enjoy my food.

★★★★★ Short videos with lots of good info, tips and techniques to help you lose weight.

★★☆☆☆ The weight management program is fine, but the app is junk. It's often unresponsive and keeps showing "internal server error."

★★☆☆☆ App is very slow on Android, to the point that some features like the entire Explore library feel unusable. Exercise minute tracking and weight don't sync with Google Health so if you want to track weight in the app you'd have to log it twice to use with other tracking apps.

★★☆☆☆ I can't open any of the lessons and there is nowhere on the app that I can contact someone for help.
