Hi, my payment keeps declining for my renewal on Google play, the bank has confirmed it's not them plus the same payment methods work for other payments I have made on the play store at the same time so must be a problem with this app as this is the only one I am having this problem with. Can you help me?

★☆☆☆☆ Robert Neal · Sep 7, 2026

App encouraged me to take out a subscription which I did as my account wasn't logging me in on a browser or in app, but I discovered I still had a Digital subscription in place. Why did this happen, have I been scammed out of £4.99 as I didn't need a new subscription yet?

Extremely unreliable. E paper loaded very late only 3 out of 6 mornings and on one day has never loaded at all. This is after clearing cache and reloading the app.

I used to love reading the worcester news every day. But it's too expensive now, so that's the end of keeping up with my hometown.
