Work Hours Tracker: Timesheet

Keep your own record of the hours you work. Punch in when you arrive, punch out when you leave, and your week builds itself: hours per day, hours beyond your threshold, and an estimate of what those hours are worth at the rate you entered.

No account. No sign-up. Your shifts stay on this phone.

WHAT IT DOES

• One tap to punch in, one tap to punch out
• As many jobs as you need, each with its own hourly rate and colour
• Unpaid breaks, deducted from the shift
• Night shifts that run past midnight, with the hours counted on the day they were worked
• Edit a shift you logged wrong: time, break or job
• Your own overtime rules: a daily threshold, a weekly threshold, and the rate that applies beyond them
• The week at a glance: total hours, hours beyond the threshold, estimated earnings
• Copy the week as CSV to the clipboard
• A laid-out PDF of your timesheet, ready to print or send (Pro)
• Works offline, always

WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone who wants their own record of the hours they worked: shift workers, hourly employees, part-timers, people holding two jobs, freelancers billing by the hour, students working evenings.

PRIVACY

No account, no server. Your jobs and your shifts stay on this phone. The app shows ads, which need an internet connection and an advertising identifier. Everything else works with the plane in flight mode. Usage statistics linked to a random install ID may also be sent; you can turn them off in Settings. The subscription starts with a 7-day trial, with ads still showing.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT

Hours, pay and overtime totals are estimates based on the hours, rates, breaks and overtime rules you enter. This app is a personal record tool. It is not payroll software, legal advice, or an official employment record.

Recent changes:
Added a usage statistics switch in Settings and removed an unused permission. The store page now states clearly what stays on your phone.
