OK if you work in the Metro area. Hopeless in remote and regional Australia No good without phone signal coverage

Absolutely useless for doing reports. It’s missing even the most basic features — you can’t label pictures, record videos, or properly show proof of your work. On top of that, if you don’t save constantly, you lose everything. Total nightmare to use! It’s so badly designed it takes me forever just to finish a simple call-out document. Clearly not designed for the UK market — it should have stayed in Australia where it belongs."
