WorkforCrew – Seafarer Jobs

WorkforCrew connects seafarers with shipowners, ship managers and crewing agencies. Create your profile once – employers find you, invite you and offer contracts. Free for seafarers.

FOR SEAFARERS
• Upload your CV, a Word file or simply a photo of your sea-service record – our AI reads it and fills your profile: rank, sea service, vessel types, certificates and education.
• Find jobs on bulk carriers, tankers (oil, chemical, LNG, LPG), container ships, offshore vessels, cruise ships and more – filter by rank, vessel type and contract.
• Apply in one tap and see how well you match each vacancy.
• Take a 10-minute AI interview in English from your phone. Employers see your assessment and English level – a complete profile is shown to employers first.
• Keep your documents in one place: passport, seaman's book, CoC, STCW certificates, medical. We read numbers and expiry dates and remind you before they expire.
• Get notifications when an employer invites you or answers your application.
